Bismuth Oxide
High-purity bismuth oxide is a yellow heavy powder or monoclinic crystal. There are three crystal types of bismuth oxide, namely equiaxed, monoclinic and tetragonal crystal types, and only the equiaxed crystal type is easy to physically refine and process into ultra-fine high-purity oxide bismuth. Application: It is mainly used in the manufacture of electronic ceramics and superconducting materials above 100K. Demand: At present, the demand for bismuth oxide in the domestic market is about 1,500 tons, and internationally, only Japan. The demand for high-purity bismuth oxide can reach more than 1,000 tons.
Output: The output of high-purity bismuth oxide is only about 200 tons. With the rapid increase of electronic information product materials by 40%, the consumption of high-purity bismuth oxide will increase rapidly. High-purity bismuth oxide is also a high-tech product supported by the development of my country's basic materials industry.
